Meagan Good was born in Panorama City, Los Angeles in the 8th of August, 1981. Her mother Tyra Wardlow Doyle was her manager as she entered her teens. Her acting career began at age four. She was raised in Canyon Country, California with three of her siblings. In the early stages of her career, she was an actor on TV shows like Doogie Howser Amen and M.D. When she was 13, she starred in her debut film Friday. Eve's Bayou, 1997. The film was her debut. Image Award nomination. Good acted in small films and on television over the years. She started taking part in more serious roles as early as the year 2000. She played Nina, Nickelodeon T.V.'s Cousin Skeeter. show from 1998 to 2001. She has also had minor role on the films House Party, Down to the Very Final Minute and 3 Strikes. She played Vanessa Scott in the 2003 comedy My Wife and Kids. The show also featured her on D.E.B.S (2004), a comedy action film. The movie won her the nomination of Best Actress by the Black Movie Awards for 2005. She then appeared in films such as You Got Served the Cookout, Venom One Missed Call Waist Deep, and The Love Guru. While performing on T.V. and in films she portrayed the character of Mya in the multi-starring Think Like a Man and Ms. Stevens in Dysfunctional Friends. Killmer is originally from Texas she attended Baylor University, Waco Texas. She earned a degree in performing arts. in 2010. She received a degree in performing art. The first time she appeared on screen was 2010 with the webseries If I Can Dream. Kara Killmer debuted on screen after appearing in numerous local shows in Simon Fuller's television series If I Can Dream pilot in 2010. This reality series revolves around a troupe of actors that move into a Hollywood California house.
