Nicky Whelan

Nicky Whelan (born 10 May 1981) is an Australian actress and model. In Australia she gained notoriety for her part as Pepper Steiger in Neighbors, the soap which aired 100 episodes from 2006 to 2007. Her arrival in Hollywood in two roles which included the first, choral comedy Hollywood & Wine where she played an aspiring actress coming to Hollywood. After that, she was offered a regular character in the ninth season of Scrubs in the role of Maya who is a very attractive medical student. The show was abruptly cut off. Then she continued to film a Farrelly Brothers comedy called Good to Shoot that starred the duo Jason Sudeikis Owen Wilson. Then she played in B-series film and series shorts. 2013 was the year she managed to get more exposure for projects: she appeared in six episodes of the detective series Franklin and Bash then landed her first part in the web-series Chosen which is portrayed with Milo Ventimiglia. In the first two series she is also the solution for Chad Michael Murray. Following that, she played in supporting parts in two feature films with aircrafts. She portrays a flight assistant. She along with Gabriel Luna share the poster for Matador which is a new television show. The 13-episode season the Robert Rodriguez has planned for his suspense thriller that has actors playing CIA agents. Then she continues working in a pilot project which does not work out. In 2015, she shared her poster for the B-series romance Borrowed Moments with Brian Krause and then was seen as a character in comedy Witness for Rent worn by Kevin Hart Josh Gad and Kaley Cuoco. She is also included in the huge collection of Terrence Malick's new show Knight of Cups. Also, she was in five episodes from the Satisfaction TV series.
