Kari Sam Wuhrer was born on 28th April 1968 is an American actor and singer. Wuhrer first made her acting debut in her teens. Her best-known character was for her role as Maggie Beckett from the TV show Sliders as well as for her role as the character Sheriff Samantha Parker on the horror film Eight Legged Freaks. The youngest of three children. While she was a kid She sang in clubs and went out to sing. The actress studied acting since the age of 13 at the Wooster School. She then pursued the art of drama at New York University's Tisch School of the Arts, Marymount Manhattan College, Columbia University, and the Royal Academy of Dramatic Arts alongside renowned instructor Uta Hagen.Kari Samantha Wuhrer is an American model, actress, and singer. Her birthplace was in Brookfield on April 28, 1967. Her German-American father is a dealer in cars and a police agent. Kari was born into an extended family with four children. In her early years as a teen, Kari would perform in clubs by sneaking away from her home. Kari was first introduced to acting in Wooster School when she was thirteen, and went on to study drama in NYU's Tisch School of the Arts, Columbia University Marymount Manhattan College and the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art under the famous Uta Hagen. Kari began acting when she was still a teenager. Kari got her first major breakthrough on MTV Remote Control in 1987.
